Mow or mulch ? Zero-emission in either case!
Different applications require a versatile device. The AS 510 E-ProClip 2in1 A can do both: it can mow and mulch. With the easy-to-mount side discharge deflector the device handles grass heights up 40 cm. Cuttings are discharged to the side. Without the deflector, but rather with the mulch plate, it is possible to mow grass heights up to 20 cm. In this process the grass is cut with a special mulching blade, whirled up in the mulching unit, cut and chopped multiple times. The defibrated grass particles sink into the turf where they are virtually invisible and naturally fertilise the lawn.
An excellent cutting pattern is achieved, due to the double ball bearing support for the special front wheels, among other things. The V-shape of the wheels ensures that as little grass as possible is pressed down in front of the mower unit. The cutting height can be centrally adjusted from 40–90 mm in 6 levels.Variable traction drive from 2 to 4 km/h and balanced weight distribution at a total weight of just 38 kg are the basis for comfortable work. In addition, the large, aggressively treaded drive wheels ensure optimal propulsion, even on a slope or on uneven terrain. With a cutting height of 51 cm, a work rate of up to 2,100 m² per hour can be achieved.
Zero-emission lawn care with the AS 510 E-ProClip 2in1 A
The mulching lawn mower is equipped with an 82Li Series 82V Lithium Ion Powerhead from Briggs & Stratton with 1.5 kW. This mower automatically adapts power and the rotational speed to the work conditions. This means that battery life is optimally utilised. If there are collisions the motor is protected by a third motor shaft bearing in conjunction with a friction disc on the mulching blade. The quiet, zero-emission drive motor makes the AS 510 E-ProClip 2in1 A the perfect professional device for green care in the urban space – for example in the vicinity of noise-sensitive areas, such as hospitals, daycare facilities, residential areas or office buildings. Another advantage offered by the use of a battery-powered mulching mower is the low operating cost, as compared to a petrol mower.
